What a remarkable week so far!

We successfully delivered two Conflict Management courses in Cork and Dublin for Ireland's Probation Service, connecting with outstanding professionals committed to strengthening their workplaces. The energy and participation throughout both sessions were exceptional.

After landing back in London just eight hours ago, we are now setting off to Brussels to meet with prospective clients and continue expanding our reach.

Here's to growth, learning, and new partnerships ahead.

Two fantastic days of training delivered in Kent! 🙌

On Monday we were proud to work with educators in partnership with Outcome Control Training, and today we delivered training to health and social care providers in a residential setting. A huge thank you to everyone who took part.

Now the journey continues — we are heading to Cork, Ireland, for two days of Conflict Resolution training with the Probation Service (Wednesday in Cork, Thursday in Dublin). Then it is back to the UK on Thursday night before travelling to Brussels, Belgium, on Friday to meet with education professionals.

An incredible week of making a difference across the UK, Ireland and Belgium. ✈️

Two brilliant days down, and the journey is just getting started. ✈️🌍

📍 Kent — Monday with educators in partnership with and today with health and social care providers in a residential setting providing care to those with complex needs.

What a fantastic day! 🌟

Yesteday, I had the opportunity to work alongside Keeya T Young and Outcome Control Training to deliver a training session for educators here in Kent 🎓

Together, we shared strategies, tools, and insights designed to help educators create better outcomes for the young adults they support every single day. The energy in the room was incredible, and it was wonderful to see so many passionate professionals coming together to learn, share, and grow. 💬❤️

A huge thank you to Keir for the brilliant collaboration, and to every staff member who joined us — your dedication truly makes a difference.

What a day! 🥵☀️

Yesterday, we ran an Officer Safety and Physical Intervention course at Canterbury Cathedral in 33°C heat outside — and around 40°C inside with no air con! Tough going to say the least.

Massive shoutout to the group who absolutely smashed it. Everyone got stuck in, looked after each other, and completed the course with brilliant attitude and professionalism. 💪
