A brilliant transformation completed🤩

This project required a full excavation before installing

🔶Type 1 sub-base,
🔶ACO channel drainage
🔶Kerb edging borders

We then laid a base course of tarmac and completed the driveway with a premium Stone Mastic Asphalt finish.

With restricted access to the property the tarmac surfacing works had to be completely hand laid. It was a fantastic team effort produced an excellent finish! 💪

A project we’re extremely proud to have been involved with over the last 3 years, working alongside GMC Builders on this stunning development at Sandbank, Spittal 🌊

Commercial repairs 👷‍♂️🚧

Repair works were carried out to both warehouse entrances, removing the deteriorated areas and reinstating them with a new hard-wearing HRA surface, along with the installation of a new drainage pot to improve surface water management.
