Sanderson Centre The Sanderson Centre was the first business centre in Gosport and has grown over more than 20 years.

The concept behind the Sanderson Business Centre when it was established 26 years ago, was to provide “easy in and easy out” business accommodation for local businesses which in 1983 was a novel idea. Today the centre is the home to over 90 businesses providing offices, workshops and stores along with supporting business services for them. ll with us. Wallpaper printing returned in the late 80’s alongside the Business centre, and was significantly downsized in 1998. Now, we accommodate a broad spectrum of small to medium enterprises including precision engineers, stainless steel fabricators, accountants, Internet shops, sports gyms, sports suppliers, clothes manufacturers, taxis and private hire companies, and numerous offices for local businesses. It is always possible to find a space for a new occupant on good, economic, terms and new enterprises add to the richness of the business community. We have also grown to include self storage with access when required and a high level of security that is monitored round the clock so you can store your valuables with piece of mind.
