Care Plus Group Employability Services supports people across North East Lincolnshire aged 16 years and up to retirement, by developing their employability skills and setting them on a pathway to sustainable employment. Employability Services is part of Care Plus Group, an organisation providing adult health and social care services to people across North East Lincolnshire to help improve people’s health and wellbeing and to enrich people’s lives.

Today, Michelle and Evie attended the Care Plus Group Annual Members' Meeting and had the opportunity to showcase Employability Services.

The event brought together colleagues from across Care Plus Group to celebrate achievements, share successes and highlight the positive impact services are having within our communities.

Throughout the day, Michelle and Evie spoke to attendees about the support available through Employability Services. It was a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness of the service, connect with colleagues and partners, and share some of the many success stories that demonstrate the difference employability support can make.

Yesterday, our Employability Services Deputy Manager, Michelle, met with the
Macmillan Living with and Beyond Cancer Team to share information about the support and pathways available through our Employability Services.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to discuss how we can support individuals living with and beyond cancer who may be considering their next steps into employment, training, or volunteering.
