THE FACE OF FRUSTRATION……
Being bounced backwards and forwards between providers of different layers of a system.
You need to speak to “x” they told us to alter “y”.
No one knows WHY an instruction was given. They are apparently unable to speak directly to one another.
AND IN THE MEANTIME - the poor customer is without an internet connection which also means NO PHONES!
Fortunately I’m the one with the frustration of being bounced around so my customer can get on with their day job.
Having set up their VoIP system they also have access to an alternative option of using an App over 5G to make & receive calls.
Which just leaves me tearing my hair out trying to find other humans to talk to who can understand and take action to resolve things.
