Are you seeking a full time customer service job in Kendal town Centre? If so this new Customer Service Advisor role offers a fabulous small team environment, working with customers all over the UK everyday.

By joining this lovely, friendly small business you will have a varied role speaking to many different people who are organising exciting, unique events across the UK such as festivals, shows, music events, concerts, conferences, festivals and charity shows.

Your job will be to assist phone customers who need help in booking an event using an online system. This will involve customer service experience, up to date IT skills and, the ability to explain and problem-solve with customers via email and over the phone.

Salary £34,125 - £38,025 ( pro rata)

The Growing Club (GC), a Lancaster-based nonprofit organization, has been empowering women to change direction, grow their businesses, or start new ventures since 2016. As we continue to grow ourselves, we're seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (three days per week). If you're enthusiastic and experienced, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities of Operations Manager

Team Leadership:

Manage GC office team, providing support as needed
Oversee finance operations and reporting to the Board
Networking and Promotion:

Represent GC at events and build external relationships
Promote GC through strategic networking
Sales and Marketing:

Drive awareness and sustainable growth of GC
Reporting and Compliance:

Support AGM, annual reports, Social Impact reports, and case studies
Bids and Funding:

Manage fundraising and grant bid writing
Explore income generation options

🌟 Inspirational Visit to Unique Kidz and Co in Morecambe! 🌟

I had the most incredible experience today visiting Unique Kidz and Co in Morecambe, a charity that Janet Whitworth and I are proudly supporting this year in the Grand Business Challenge.

🙌 Our goal is to raise a minimum of £1000 by donating a percentage from each invoice, and I'm thrilled to share that we're making fantastic progress so far!

😊 It was an absolute delight to meet some of the clients at the center and witness the array of enriching play activities they have the opportunity to enjoy.

💡 Moreover, their vision for expanding the centre and their dedication to helping hundreds of children and young people every week truly inspired me. We are incredibly fortunate to have this exceptional charity supporting our unique Kidz in our community.
