❓ How do you get an Individual Service Fund (ISF) ❓

It starts with an assessment to identify your care and support needs. From there, you can speak to your social worker about an ISF or approach a support provider who can help you manage one.

There are different ways an ISF can be funded:
🔹 Your Local Authority can pay the support provider directly
🔹 You can fund your own support
🔹 A Direct Payment can be used to pay the provider

The process can sometimes feel a little confusing, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Troika Consultancy can help you understand your options and support you through the process. 💙

An ISF is all about giving people more choice and control over their care and support.

A personalised plan is agreed with the individual, setting out what support they need, how it will be provided and how the available budget will be used.

Once everything is agreed, the individual, practitioner and ISF provider work together to put the plan into place.
