Important Update: Companies House Reforms 2028 📢

We're keeping you informed about upcoming shifts in filing. From 1 April 2028, several key changes will arrive:

✅ Mandatory Software Filing: Web and paper routes will close, and all companies must file via commercial software.

✅ Profit & Loss: Small and micro-entities will now be required to file a P&L account.

✅ Privacy Option: You can opt out of having your P&L published on the public register, keeping your financial details private.

Don't worry – with the 2028 deadline, there’s plenty of time to prepare! We’re here to help you choose the right software and make the transition seamless.
