Lot's of Ash and Beech getting split just now. This stuff burns really nice when it's seasoned. Also some oak in there as well. We also add a little nicely dried softwood to our mixed bags. Some people think bad of softwood but it's brilliant as kindling and burns really hot to get a good fire going before adding hardwood. A great option for those of you that struggle to get a fire going..or don't want to buy separate bags of kindling.

Sustainable firewood from Bill's & Will's Windblown Firewood.
I had a little walk around at the end of last week and it's quite mind blowing how much fallen timber we have at our disposal. Some of it is hard to extract but the team are busy processing it on a daily basis just now.
The stuff we are working on at the moment will obviously be firewood for the future but it's quite magic to see what we'll be able to bring you.

Supposedly the smell of bacon in a house can be cancelled out by lighting an open fire of logs.🪵🔥 Can anyone confirm?
