Brilliant Meet for Good event this morning, really enjoyed it.

It was great to hear from such an inspirational speaker, ex Special Forces, Garth Miller, who shared insight into dealing with high‑pressure conditions.

A poignant reminder of how important it is to prepare people properly for difficult situations, not just assume they’ll respond when the pressure comes.

Also great to see Andrew Hobson and Jen and Nikki from Bridge the Gap!
