The next two years aren’t going to make this easier 👀

→ People stay expensive

“Running the business was the hardest thing for me.”

A strange sentence when you first read it 👀

Because on paper Sean is good at what he does. He built a business. He runs it. He has clients and a team. By any reasonable measure, he’s succeeding.

And yet the hardest part, in his own words, wasn’t doing the work.

It was running the thing that does the work.

That’s the gap most owners live inside without ever naming it 👇

→ Doing the technical job is familiar. Feedback loop, visible result, happy customer at the end.

What actually happens? 👀
