Wilson Alarm Systems Limited today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Patrol Alarm System Limited, the Tyseley-based electronic security company that has served homes and businesses across Birmingham since 1970.
The acquisition brings together two long-established, independently owned security businesses with a shared focus on service quality and long-term customer relationships. Patrol will continue to operate from its existing Tyseley office under the Patrol name, with its engineering and office team joining the Wilson group.
For Wilson, the acquisition marks its first permanent physical presence in the Birmingham metropolitan area, an area that sits naturally alongside its existing operations and where it intends to grow further.
