We're Hiring for a Customer Service Coordinator 🚨

🕒 Monday–Friday, 8:45am–4:45pm

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Wilson Alarm Systems.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in coordinating engineer diaries, scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance visits, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring service operations run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also support administration, invoicing, and service delivery across our intruder alarm and security systems.
If you enjoy keeping things organised, solving problems, and delivering great customer service in a busy environment, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll need to succeed:
✔ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
✔ Confident communication with customers and engineers
✔ Calm, professional approach under pressure
✔ Good attention to detail and IT skills
✔ A proactive, team-focused attitude
Experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration or customer service is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
