Not gon' lie. I was feelin' myself in the mirror just now. Straight up, I was looking like Idris Elba James Bond. In 2008, when I went to London, I went to Jermyn Street and picked up some expensive men's shirts, one from Turnbull & Asser and two from Hilditch & Key. These are my very best shirts, and I seldom wear them, only for special occasions. In fact, the last time I wore any of them was ten years ago at a friend's wedding.

A week ago, I was about to finally take their picture and chuck them on Mercari in Japan to sell for some $. It just so happened I've been summoned this week for a photoshoot, so I've decided to hold on to them.

I just finished ironing up all three and looked at myself in the mirror while wearing them with my suit. Dashing! I look better in them now as a middle-aged man than I did back in my 20s. Note, the picture below is not me wearing any of the shirts, but just of my escapades shopping around London Town. -Marc

Wow! Our friend Jonathan Quayle Higgins III (pseudonym) from Hamburg, Germany, had his custom high-horology world-timer wristwatch featured on Monochrome!

It's really amazing to see it in this amount of detail. It's one of the most beautiful watches I've ever seen, and he's the only one in the world with it. He truly has one of the nicest watch collections in the world.

Designed by him and Benjamin Chee Haute Horlogerie (from Singapore) and manufactured by Andersen Genève. He paid a pretty penny for this one. -Marc
