We hope everyone had a lovely summer and look forward to being back in schools next week!

The start of a new school can bring on lots of different emotions as it can feel busy and overwhelming but also exciting! It can feel tricky to support our kiddies and ourselves through this transition period but it’s important to take things slow and celebrate the small wins🫶🏻

We had our SBT summer social today, where we completed the Talisman Treats maze! We used our problem solving skills to solve riddles and race across London to unlock yummy food! 🥟🍜🍽️

Thank you, Rob and Rebecca for organising this amazing day out for the team! It was such a great way to celebrate the end of term🫶💕

At SBT we prioritise mental health and wellbeing by encouraging conversations and supporting each other to creating a work/life balance that allows us to rest and recharge🫶
