Saturday marked International Day of Charity, and we wanted to shine a light on our long-standing partnership with St Mungo’s. For years, we've worked alongside the charity that provides vital support to people experiencing homelessness across London.

Every night, St Mungo's helps more than 3,150 people by providing accommodation, support services and pathways towards rebuilding their lives. From community gardening projects and thrift shop volunteering to fundraising runs and festive events, our teams are passionate about supporting St Mungo's and the fantastic work they do. We always value the opportunity to get involved and are grateful to be welcomed back to do so.

Thank you to St Mungo's for the life-changing support you provide to those facing hardship every day, and for allowing us to play a part in supporting your mission.

It’s and a great opportunity to reflect on why reducing waste matters so much to Regular Cleaning.

We’re always looking for ways to minimise our environmental impact through the products, equipment and partnerships we choose. By using low and chemical-free cleaning solutions, we help reduce the single-use plastic often associated with traditional cleaning products. We also invest in innovative equipment that reduces water and energy consumption while minimising waste.

Through our Better Choices initiative, we continuously review the environmental footprint of our consumables, helping clients make more sustainable choices and support their own sustainability goals. We're also proud to support organisations such as Thames21, helping to remove waste and rubbish from London's waterways and create healthier environments for local communities.

Because what really makes a difference is working together. By collaborating with our clients, colleagues and partners, we're able to make a greater impact and contribute to cleaner, healthier and more sustainable places for everyone.

Regular Cleaning and JLL recently volunteered with Thames21 for a fantastic day helping to clean up the River Lea. Together, our teams took to the water in canoes to collect rubbish from the river, helping to restore and protect the natural habitat.

Days like these are a great way to make a positive impact on the environment, but they're also an opportunity for our colleagues and clients to come together as one team, strengthen relationships and give back to the communities where we work. It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved, working side by side towards a common goal.

A huge thank you to everyone who dedicated their time to the clean-up, and to Thames21 for welcoming our teams back. We're proud to have played a small part in helping to protect and improve the River Lea for its wildlife and local communities.

We were proud to collaborate with our client Workman LLP at Croxley Park, where we hosted two wellbeing pop ups events with TOTM and Prostate Cancer UK.

Visitors and occupiers had the opportunity to learn more about period dignity, menstrual wellbeing and endometriosis through TOTM, while volunteer Patrick Williams from Prostate Cancer UK shared valuable information on prostate cancer risk factors, the importance of early detection and the support available to those affected. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions or showed their support, and to Workman for helping make these pop ups possible.

We're proud of the long-standing relationships we've built with both TOTM and Prostate Cancer UK. Together, we've delivered a range of wellbeing initiatives over the years that encourage important conversations, raise awareness and help create more supportive, inclusive workplaces. Here's to many more opportunities to work together where we can continue to put our people's wellbeing first.

Timber Square brought together employers and aspiring professionals for a Recruitment Fair with Landsec | Aspire, and we were delighted to join fellow Aspire Service Partners from multiple service streams and young people from Circle Collective.

At Regular Cleaning, we’re passionate about helping young people take their first steps into work and see the opportunities available within our industry.

Events like this help us challenge perceptions of cleaning, share the variety of roles and career paths across our business, and show how people can learn, develop and progress with us.

Through our partnership with Circle Collective, we’re already helping young people build confidence and access opportunities through employment, paid work experience and mentoring.

A huge thank you to Alison Currell for bringing everyone together, and to Landsec | Aspire and Circle Collective for helping create meaningful pathways into employment.

Today is , a chance to recognise the incredible people who risk their lives to support communities facing crisis around the world.

This year's theme, 'Strengthening Global Solidarity and Empowering Local Communities', emphasises the importance of working together to create lasting, meaningful change. To highlight this, we wanted to shine a spotlight on the Made Blue Foundation. By improving access to safe drinking water in developing countries, Made Blue helps protect health, strengthen communities and create opportunities for a better future. We're proud to be official Ambassadors and support their mission.

Today we celebrate the Made Blue Foundation, alongside the countless humanitarian organisations, volunteers and community groups who work hard to improve lives around the world.

We're excited to have officially joined the Future Talent Employer Pledge, a UK initiative led by Realise Training which helps create career opportunities for young people aged 16-24.

Joining the pledge reflects our commitment to breaking down barriers, creating pathways into employment, and supporting young people as they build their futures. It also aligns closely with our people-first culture and belief in investing in the next generation.

We're proud to stand alongside more than 500 organisations across the UK that have made this commitment and look forward to working with Realise Training to create meaningful opportunities, strengthen communities, and help shape a brighter future!

We're proud to work with Circle Collective and Lewisham Local to help create opportunities for young people who may face barriers to employment.

Through work placements, practical training and real workplace experience, we're helping young people build confidence, develop valuable skills and take positive steps towards their future careers.

As Paige, who is working through a Customer Service apprenticeship, shared: "I have developed new skills, gained valuable knowledge and, most importantly, really come out of my shell. I am a much more confident person than when I started."

Stories like Paige's remind us of the positive impact that opportunity, support and encouragement can have on a young person's future and how we can create stronger communities together.

We recently caught up with Carlos Andres Ochoa Tafur, one of our Site Supervisors, who has just completed a secondment as a Service Delivery Manager.

Over the course of a month, Carlos gained valuable hands-on experience, broadened his knowledge and developed the skills needed to take the next step in his career. Creating opportunities for colleagues to grow and progress is an important part of our people-first culture, and Carlos's secondment is a great example of that in action.

In our latest blog, Carlos shares what he learned from the experience, the challenges he embraced and his ambitions for the future. Read more here:

Earlier this month, we volunteered at two St Mungo's services, helping to clear weeds, plant flowers and spruce up the garden spaces for residents to enjoy. Over the summer, we've been proud to get involved in several of these outdoor projects and have seen first-hand the positive difference they can make.

Access to safe, welcoming and well-maintained outdoor spaces plays an important role in wellbeing, particularly during the warmer months.
It was fantastic to spend time giving back to the local community while supporting the incredible work St Mungo's does every day to help people rebuild their lives.

A huge thank you to the St Mungo's team for having us. We're always proud to contribute to the life-changing work they do and the positive impact they have on our community.
