Production Assistant Bootcamp - Started

Courtesy of funding from DfE and sponsorship from SEGRO, VMI and JGA have started a six-Week Skills Bootcamp to further develop and support aspiring individuals keen to understand what it takes to be a production assistant and thrive in the Film and TV entertainment industry.

Wanted - Your Camera/Production pictures with VMI batteries for new VMI article. You may know that VMI likes to write a lot of new and interesting articles about various subjects in order to spread best practice and tech progress?

Well, we are working on a new article all about portable power. In short - how it used to be easy (12V and cine blocks), then it became much more complicated with LOADS of standards, and now (as a consequence of tech progress), it is once more becoming easy again but the devil IS in the detail!

Great images help to tell a good story, so it would be great if you can share your production pictures with you and our equipment showing our batteries in use. Please post any here that you are happy to have included and I shall ensure that you are clearly credited. The article should be published in a few weeks and be a feature in our February mailout.
