Supporting inspirational people in their quest to convert an idea into reality is THE best aspect of my job.
Today I would like to shine a light on one of those people.
Victoria Baskerville TSTA (P) has just celebrated the 4th birthday of TA East London

- a training institute with the ambition to take psychotherapy training to a much wider range of people so that the profession can start mirroring the multi-ethnic communities we live in now.
The handful of first year students that came along on the ride 4 years ago have turned into the first cohort that have completed their 4 years of training and have qualified under the TA East banner.
The institute now runs 4 year groups plus supervision courses and has enriched the Transactional Analysis community immensely.
I witnessed first hand the unbelievable dedication and hard work as well as the unshakeable belief in the concept that it took to get here.
Victoria has my admiration for doing all of this whilst looking after teenagers and managing some pretty tricky health issues herself, not to even start on the challenge of navigating through COVID and lockdowns.
And finally I consider myself very fortunate that I was able to support her right from the inception and am still here to play my part on the success story that is TA East.

Big shout out to local Wanstead business Apples & Pears for creating this e-card for me and helping my business on its path to going paperless. Every little helps.

It was my pleasure to create this e-card for a local Wanstead entrepreneur; meaning I can play a very small part in keeping these unique independent small businesses on the map and relevant.

More and more businesses are going paperless for environmental purposes. The way we work has changed recently with many of us working from home so e-cards are even more important as they can be sent from wherever you are, or on the move from your phone to reach clients.

PAPLUS London was established by Antje Kunert, a German national by birth - but for many years a Londoner by choice. Antje has the positive advantage of being bilingual and manages clients from both countries. She graduated from HHL Leipzig Business School of Management and now specialises in all aspects of PA work. That's a wrap for 2019 (well nearly, but lets not talk about working on Christmas Eve).
