Small format. Big collector appeal.

We’re excited to be introducing Tiny Vinyl to the UK and European market - a new 4-inch vinyl format designed for fans, collectors and artists looking to explore something different.

As physical music continues to evolve, formats like this create new opportunities for artist merchandise, fan engagement and collectible releases. Compact, tactile and designed to sit alongside traditional vinyl formats, Tiny Vinyl taps into the growing culture around collecting and limited-edition physical products.

20 years, same system? Upgrade to Better Business now.

The Companies Act is stuck in 2006. Since then, business has modernised and now Section 172 must too. It’s better for all of us, our economy and our planet.

One of the most important stages in the vinyl manufacturing process, the lacquer is the master disc used to create the metal stampers at the pressing plant.

Made from an aluminium disc coated in nitrocellulose, this is where audio first begins its journey into physical form - laying the foundation for every record pressed afterwards.

A small but essential part of bringing vinyl to life.

Streaming may sometimes dominate the headlines, but physical music keeps growing. In fact new figures from the The BPI show physical music revenue rose for a third consecutive year in 2025, reaching £278m overall. That's huge for all of us in the physical music world.

Vinyl revenue climbed by 19.9% to £174.7m, while CD revenue also returned to growth, rising to £99.6m. What’s especially interesting is who’s driving it. Alongside catalogue favourites, many of the biggest physical releases came from current chart artists with younger audiences, showing a growing demand by fans for real world products.

Fans still want records they can hold onto. Packaging they can live with. Editions that feel considered. Products that turn an album into something bigger than a stream.

And for the labels, artists and production pipeline alike, that continued growth matters. It's more good news for music. And good news for physical.

With MCM London Comic Con underway, it felt like the perfect time to spotlight some of the gaming, film, TV, anime and horror projects we’ve helped bring to physical format over the years.

We work across a wide range of entertainment releases - creating physical products for fan communities built around the worlds, stories and characters they love.

From collectors editions and soundtracks to bespoke packaging and limited-run formats, physical media continues to play an important role in fandom culture. These aren’t just products to fans - they’re keepsakes, display pieces and part of a wider community experience.

Here’s a look at just some of the projects we’ve worked on across gaming, film, TV and beyond.

The event continues to be an important meeting point for the global vinyl industry, bringing together manufacturers, pressing plants, labels and suppliers for conversations around physical music, innovation and the future of the format.

A brilliant achievement from Andreas and the wider Making Vinyl team - and if you’re attending this year, be sure to say hello.

One of the UK’s most successful rap acts, D-Block Europe have built a huge global audience through a run of chart success, standout collaborations and a dedicated fanbase.

They are officially the British rap act with the most Top 10 album chart entries, with eight in total. Six of those were physical releases manufactured by Key Production - something we’re proud to have delivered alongside the team across vinyl, CDs, cassettes and lyric books throughout their growth.

Projects like this show how physical releases can become an extension of an artist’s world - giving fans something tangible while strengthening the connection between artist and audience.

If you’re planning a release and want to explore what’s possible on physical, get in touch with Liz and the team at [email protected]
