Combining a decade of operational experience with rigorous academic qualifications our senior management team are ideally placed to provide a practical and proportionate approach to the management of safety and security. Our Consultancy Services focus on Health, Safety, Welfare and Security. Our Staffing Services focus on the delivery of competent, presentable and reliable Security and Safety Teams with the aim of delivering exceptional customer service to our client and their stakeholders. As a Highfield approved centre our Training Academy draws on operational experiences to contextualise and consolidate learning, ensuring students leave with a working knowledge of subject matter alongside achieving nationally accredited qualifications. Our training courses focus on Security (SIA Door Supervisor/Manned Guarding), First Aid and Health and Safety.

Another busy week for Team Alliance 🦺

This week's plans include;

🌹 Launch of the two month long Ever After Garden in Chelsea!
🏉 Various sporting fixtures at Loughborough University including the football, rugby and a charity run
👻 Spooky weekend at our venues as we welcome a number of Halloween events!
🦺 Continuing our work with Charnwood Council and Loughborough University for the Student Street Support!

A huge thank you to our security officers, stewards, supervisors, head door staff, managers and everyone supporting them behind the scenes. Different locations and roles, all part of the same team 💚

A little recognition for Carl 💚

Since 2018, Carl has been the centre of our team across Loughborough and our Festivals. Being the support & leader to our clients, staff & management!

Carl has managed thousands of our events over the past 8 years, from the Commonwealth Games Immersion Camp in 2022, to recently being the Head of Security for the Supermodifed Series at Borde Hill.

Carl has worked his way through Security Officer, Supervisor and Head Door roles, and recently stepping into the role of Regional Operations Manager in Loughborough in May. Since then, he's been boots on the ground supporting our team, supporting our venues and helping colleagues develop their skills.

A huge thank you, Carl, for your hard work and for helping others take their next step.

As we reach the halfway point of the summer season, it feels like a good time to look back on what was an incredibly busy June for Alliance ☀️

Our teams delivered back-to-back events across the country, working across a number of new and complex sites while also dealing with one of the warmest and driest starts to the summer we can remember

A huge thank you to our onsite teams, build and break crews, supervisors, managers and everyone working behind the scenes to keep each event moving. The long days, and hard work do not go unnoticed, and none of it would be possible without the effort everyone continues to put in!

There is still plenty of the summer season ahead, and we’re excited to carry that momentum remainder of July and August 🤘 🎪

🏃‍♂️ Brighton Marathon 🏃‍♂️

The team at Alliance had a fantastic first year supporting the Brighton Marathon with London Marathon Events on Sunday ☀️

We were proud to deliver security and stewarding at the finish area, supporting both spectators and athletes as they completed an incredible personal achievement!

A huge thank you to LME and, of course, our team for their hard work across both the build and live event day. Delivering a safe, welcoming environment for thousands of spectators and participants is something everyone should be proud of 🏃‍♂️

🏆 BUCS Big Wednesday 🏆

Great to be back in the bubble last week supporting the delivery of the British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Big Wednesday at Loughborough University! 🏀

This marks Alliance’s third year supporting the event on campus, bringing together 60 teams across 16 different BUCS sports, a brilliant showcase of student sport at its highest level.

A huge thank you to over 70 of our incredible team members at Alliance, as well as everyone at British Universities & Colleges Sport and Loughborough Sport for their collaboration and support in delivering such a successful event.

🏟️ Hertfordshire Office 🏟️

An exciting week for Alliance as our team begin moving into our new office at Hatfield House in Hertfordshire!

Following an incredible period of sustained growth across all our divisions, we’re thrilled to welcome our team and clients to our new facility which will host our Events, Safety & Training divisions as we continue our mission 🦺

This base will be a central location for our management team as we continue planning a very busy 2026!

⚓ Labyrinth on the Thames 2025 ⚓

As we reflect on the 2025 festival season, a number of events really stood out – and Labyrinth on the Thames was certainly one of them!

In July and August, our teams proudly supported The Fair in delivering Security and Crowd Management across the UNESCO World Heritage Site at the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich.

Spanning two weekends with six sold-out shows, the event welcomed over 57,000 attendees, making it the largest outdoor dance music series ever held in Greenwich 🏛️

Our 130 Stewards & Security delivered a full range of services, including:

👷 Build and break security
🦺 Security Management Team
🥾 Response teams
💻 Control room operations
🏛️ Main entrance search gates
🤵 VIP area
🎪 Arena statics, including bars, FOH, and site access control

A huge thank you to The Fair and Labyrinth for an incredible series of events – it was a privilege to support such a landmark series!
