💜 Three Amazing Women. One Incredible Achievement. 💜

A huge congratulations to Lorraine Fitzpatrick, Abbie Lock and Kai-la Minshull for completing the Manchester Half Marathon yesterday. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

13.1 miles is a challenge that tests you both physically and mentally. It takes commitment, resilience, determination and a mindset that refuses to quit when things get tough.

Each of these ladies has their own story, their own reason for taking on the challenge, and their own obstacles they have had to overcome along the way. Yet yesterday they all crossed that finish line and achieved something truly incredible.

What makes this even more inspiring is that these women don’t just show up for themselves. They show up for their families, their friends, their businesses, their communities and for the people around them every single day.

They are proof that with consistency, belief and determination, amazing things can happen.

Ladies, you should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. Your dedication, strength and commitment are inspiring to so many others.

Here’s to celebrating strong women supporting one another, setting goals and proving that anything is possible when you put your mind to it. 💜

Who says networking has to be sat around a table all the time? 💕🎾

Today was our very 1st Ladies in Business padel social and honestly… what a vibe.

Lots of laughs, new connections, a little bit of competitiveness 👀 and proof that networking can actually be FUN. Because for me this is what Ladies in Business is all about… creating real relationships, friendships and a community where women genuinely support each other.

Business conversations happened naturally, connections were made, confidence was built and some of the ladies stepped completely out of their comfort zone today which I absolutely loved to see 💖

Sometimes the best networking happens when you stop “networking” and just enjoy being around the right people.

Huge thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a great afternoon. This is definitely the start of more socials alongside our monthly events 💕

What an incredible afternoon at our first ever online Ladies in Business event 💖

To think this was only our 3rd meeting and already the connections, collaborations and support in the room are unreal. One of our members has already generated over £17k through the community 🤯 and for me that is exactly what this group is about… women supporting women, opening doors, building confidence and helping each other grow.

The chat today was full of energy, honesty, support and opportunities. It’s amazing watching ladies connect and genuinely want to help one another rise ✨

A huge thank you to our Charity of the Year Little Lady Locks the incredible video walkthrough of the venue and all the hard work happening behind the scenes. Your passion and support means so much to us and we cannot wait to continue this journey together ❤️

Today was all about collaboration, connection and deep diving into how we can genuinely help and support each other in business. A room full of incredible women sharing ideas, plans and goals for the next quarter and being accountable for the actions we are all going to take to grow personally and professionally.

From strategy chats, content ideas, collaborations and honest conversations… this is exactly why I love bringing powerful women together. The growth in every single one of us is amazing to watch.

Big thank you to Soho House for the incredible hospitality today, as always the perfect space for creativity, connection and collaboration.

People keep asking me why I decided to set up Ladies in Business… and honestly, it came from seeing just how powerful women are when we truly support each other.

Over the years through business and networking, I’ve met some of the most incredible women — business owners, leaders, creatives, mums juggling everything, women rebuilding confidence, women scaling businesses, and women simply wanting to be surrounded by the right people.

What I realised was… so many women were looking for more than just “networking.”
They wanted genuine connections.
A safe space.
Collaboration over competition.
Support without judgement.
And opportunities that actually lead somewhere.

That’s why I created Ladies in Business.

A community built around our core values:
