Our recent proposal in Medstead represents a significant upgrade for the site, replacing a neglected derelict structure with a high-quality residence that provides an executive living experience. At 1FRL, we are proud to be revitalising this site as we transition into the construction phase.

Progress is now underway at our site in Medstead, Hampshire with full planning consent secured, the derelict building has now been demolished to make way for a stunning new executive home.

It is a major milestone for the project and we at 1FRL are excited to see the site transformed as we move toward the construction phase.

We are pleased to announce the completion of a significant commercial commission for Valhalla Media at Passfield Mill, Hampshire. This three year project involved the total conversion of a derelict building into a premier recording facility.

To meet the demands of a world-class studio, the architectural technology required high-specification compartmentalisation wall system. This intricate acoustic outfitting ensures superior sound isolation across all recording suites, providing the privacy and technical precision required for high-level production.

From initial planning, interior design, Architecture and building regulations to final completion over a 3 year period, we are proud to see Valhalla Media operational as a hub for the latest in music technology.

We're delighted to announce that our executive residential site in Durley, Hampshire, is nearing to completion.

Providing full architectural services, we've expertly guided this project from concept design, full planning consent all the way through to BREGS and production information.

We're now down to the final, exciting details: the interior outfitting, landscaping design, the all-season swimming pool with whirlpool, outdoor terrace, gated entrance systems, and final exterior works.
