Took advantage of the glorious sunshine over the Easter weekend ☀️
Here is one of the jobs completed. Took down an old and dilapidated chimney and replaced with a twin wall flue. Re- built gable end with stone and repaired roof to match existing roof. As always I was lucky to have my side kick to help ☺️

I’ve carried out some property and chimney maintenance work this week, making sure everything is in good condition and safe. This included general upkeep around the property as well as checking and maintaining the chimney to ensure it’s functioning properly ☺️

Small job completed recently. Customer Called me concerned that the carpet was wet around the toilet. Upon investigation I found that the toilet had been leaking for a while and caused the floor boards to perish. Stripped it all out, fitted new floor boards and fitted new non slip Lino. Another happy customer 🌟

Recently completed Work. Took this redundant chimney down as it was leaking badly and causing issues inside the property. Chimney was situated on a split roof so it wasn’t a straight forward job. Customer really happy with the finished product ☺️

Just wrapped up a full chimney rebuild on a tight schedule (started Friday evening) due to an upcoming house sale. Despite the time pressure, I was able to complete the project efficiently without compromising on quality.

Recently completed job. New Treatment sewage plant supplied and installed. Existing manholes upgraded to current regulations. With these treatment plants there is no need for a soak away, the water can be directed into a watercourse preventing any future problems with soak aways blocking ☀️
