Another chimney rebuild and removal completed ✅👷🏻‍♂️⚒️

Always satisfying to transform an old, worn chimney and bring it back to life. One of my favourite types of work — and you can really see the difference with this one now that it’s finished! 👌

What a transformation in a room, recently completed this job. The old back boiler located in this closed off alcove was decommissioned, which left a wasted space. We opened it all up, made it structurally safe, rendered the walls in preparation for the stove to be fitted ✔️

Took advantage of the glorious sunshine over the Easter weekend ☀️
Here is one of the jobs completed. Took down an old and dilapidated chimney and replaced with a twin wall flue. Re- built gable end with stone and repaired roof to match existing roof. As always I was lucky to have my side kick to help ☺️

Small job completed recently. Customer Called me concerned that the carpet was wet around the toilet. Upon investigation I found that the toilet had been leaking for a while and caused the floor boards to perish. Stripped it all out, fitted new floor boards and fitted new non slip Lino. Another happy customer 🌟

Recently completed Work. Took this redundant chimney down as it was leaking badly and causing issues inside the property. Chimney was situated on a split roof so it wasn’t a straight forward job. Customer really happy with the finished product ☺️

Recently completed job. Customer wanted to make the most of the stunning views from the bedroom. Old window taken out, Steel RSJ fitted along with a concrete lintel. Opening made and a new Bi-fold door fitted with a safety rail on the outside.
