🚛 Delivery Update
Over the years we’ve tried lots of ways to deliver logs — loose tipped loads, bags dragged off trucks, and everything in between. Sometimes it worked perfectly… sometimes not so much! 🤔
To make deliveries smoother, safer, and more reliable, we’re now moving to Hiab-only deliveries. All firewood will be lifted off with a Hiab and placed in the nearest accessible location.
🪵 Product Update
Don’t worry — the quality hasn’t changed one bit! You’ll still receive our high-quality, kiln-dried hardwood logs.
We’re simply improving how they arrive to you:
• Loose tipped loads are no longer available
• Firewood will now be supplied in bags and crates only
• Our standard bulk bags are still available
• We’re introducing larger bags, holding over 1.2m³ of logs
• We’ll also be offering pre-stacked hardwood crates, holding up to 4 bulk bags, delivered and lifted off with the Hiab
💰 Price Increase
We’ve worked hard over the years to keep prices as competitive as possible. Unfortunately, rising costs mean we now need to make a small increase.
Updated prices:
• Standard bulk bag: £110.00 (previously £100.00)
• Large bulk bag (over 1.2m³): £185.00
• Tightly stacked hardwood crate: £385.00
👉 Our best value option, holding the equivalent of 4 bulk bags
🚚 Delivery
Delivery remains FREE to Cardiff, Newport, and all surrounding areas.
A small delivery charge may apply for further distances.
