What does a typical week of on-site HR support actually look like?

We get asked this a lot, so here is a genuine snapshot.

On a typical visit to one of our clients across Devon we might start the morning with a return to work meeting for a team member who has been off sick, then support a manager through a performance conversation they have been putting off, catch up with a couple of employees who wanted a quiet word, review a couple of contracts that need updating, and finish the afternoon helping with a job description for a new role the business is looking to fill.

That is a real HR Manager doing real HR work, in your business, for your team, without the cost of a full time salary, pension, sick pay or annual leave.

Flexible visits, half day or full day, weekly or fortnightly, and always combined with ongoing phone and email support in between.
