Sharing a story, get a cuppa. ☕

One of my clients is a dream to work with; they’re brilliant. Genuinely, exceptionally good at what they do. They were showing up, putting in the hours, giving it everything. But behind the scenes was a little. . . chaotic. The tech was held together with hope and sticky tape; the onboarding was all over the place; the pricing didn't come close to reflecting her worth; and they had absolutely no idea whether any of it was actually working.

Brilliant human. Exhausting situation.

Here’s what we tackled first,

▶️ Strategy, untangled the tech, sorted the onboarding, simplified the offers and built processes she could actually rely on.
▶️ Looked at the metrics to see what was working.

▶️ Pricing, because everyone needs to make a profit.

A few simple changes created momentum that could be felt. Clearer offers, more targeted approach, better systems (I know systems sound boring - but they aren’t). A reliable, repeatable, ‘oh wow this is actually working’ system. 🙌

They went from overwhelmed and running on empty to back in love with their business. ❤️

That right there is why we do what we do.

Have you tried the Canva AI 'About Me' document yet?

It's nothing groundbreaking, but if you're stuck for inspiration and have 5 minutes, give it a go.

I gave it a whirl and it came back with some absolute gold, on point taglines, fresh phrases and content ideas we hadn't even thought of. It's not 100% perfect straight out of the box, but as a starting point when you're staring at a blank screen wondering what on earth to write about yourself?

It's brilliant.

There is something really special about sitting down with a business owner, giving them a dedicated hour that is entirely theirs, and just watching the magic happen. 💫

We might start with a brain dump. A bit of a ramble. Maybe a rant. But then something shifts. The ideas start sparking, the clarity starts coming and suddenly we're scribbling plans, solving problems, finding the simple path through what felt like a complicated mess ten minutes ago.

That’s the bit I absolutely love.

Because running a business is busy. And it’s rare, isn’t it, to actually carve out time in your week that’s just for thinking. Not doing, not firefighting, not answering emails, just dedicated space to lift your head up and look at the bigger picture.

Our meetings are that space. Fun, focused and always a little bit energising. You come in with a head full of noise and leave with a clear plan, a spring in your step and usually at least one idea you’re genuinely excited about. ✨

You don’t even need to be a client to have a chat. If you fancy an hour of that energy, my (Zoom) waiting room door is always open.

Who else needs a bit of jazzy thinking time in their week?

3 quick wins. Zero faff. Try one next week. 👇

✨ Marketing
Repurpose one piece of content into a different format: a carousel, a reel or a plain graphic. Same message, double or maybe triple the reach.

🔄 Process
Pick one task you do on repeat and write down the steps. Congrats, you just built your first SOP.

✅ Organisation
Do a 10-minute inbox audit. Archive, unsubscribe, or action- nothing in between. A clear inbox = a clearer head. Trust us on this one.

Let's talk about systems. And no, don't click away, this isn't going to be boring. 😄

Systems can hold a bad reputation. They sound rigid. Corporate. Like something dreamed up in a grey office by someone who's never had a chaotic week in their life.

But the right systems can be one of the best things you have in your corner.

Think of them like a really good friend who quietly keeps everything ticking over when you're having one of those weeks. You know the ones. Where your brain feels full, your to-do list looks feral, and even deciding what to have for lunch feels like too much. 🫠

That's exactly when systems earn their keep.

They remember what needs doing (so your brain doesn't have to). They keep your days from turning into complete chaos (even when it feels like everything is conspiring against you). They keep things moving (even when you are running on coffee fumes and vibes alone).

Not perfectly. Not robotically. Just enough to stop everything from falling in a heap.

Because, systems aren't built for your most motivated, on-top-of-the-world, I-woke-up-and-chose-productivity days.

They're built for a Tuesday when everything feels heavy and you genuinely cannot.

So instead of white-knuckling your way through and rebuilding from scratch every single time, you've got something solid holding it all together.

Sometimes you stumble across someone in life who’s the yin to your yang.

You’re both gloriously low-maintenance friends, so a few weeks can whizz by without speaking and it doesn’t matter.

You pick right back up where you left off.

You spend most of your time together laughing, taking the p**s out of each other, and causing mild chaos… but underneath all of that, you both know you’ve fiercely got each other’s backs.

You love each other’s families like they’re your own. And it definitely helps that the husbands seem to consider themselves wives to each other too 😂

Here’s to those friends you find along the way and hold onto tightly. They’re a bit special.

And as an added bonus, a cracking little afternoon wine tasting at 🥂

A client told me recently that I'm not the cheapest option they looked at.

They hired me anyway. (Love that for both of us. 😄)

When I asked her why, they didn't talk about my packages, my process, or my very lovely system recommendations.

They said: "It just felt easy. Like, weirdly easy."
Our chat flowed. They could picture exactly how it would work. No awkward silences, no trying to work out if we'd actually get along.
And I think we underestimate how much that matters.

Because you're not just hiring a service. You're inviting someone into your business, the place you've poured your heart, your late nights, and approximately one million cups of tea into.

You want to actually like talking to them. You want to feel at ease. You want to know that when you send a slightly frantic message on a Friday afternoon, they get it, and they've got you. And, your appreciate some humour and wit along the way too.

That's not something you can compare on a spreadsheet.

So yes, have the discovery calls. Look at the packages. Check the prices.

But also just . . . notice how it feels. 🙂

Because the right support doesn't just tick the boxes. It makes the whole thing feel a little lighter. And even fun.

Look down and put one foot in front of the other 🙌🏼✨️

Have a great day ✌🏼
