This beautiful Royal Albert ‘Enchantment’ coffee set certainly caught bidders’ attention – comprising a coffee pot, sugar pot, cream jug and 12 cups and saucers.

After attracting international interest, the hammer finally fell at an impressive £400 to a bidder in Poland 🇵🇱

Another reminder that quality, collectable china can still command strong prices in the saleroom.

🚂 End of an era for a remarkable labour of love…

Built entirely from scratch over 12 years, Colombo is the crowning achievement of an 89-year-old model engineer’s remarkable 70-year hobby.

Now, he has reluctantly decided it’s time for his much-loved 5” gauge steam locomotive to find a new home – and it will go under the hammer with us on Thursday 17th September at our Penkridge, Staffordshire saleroom.

All set to come under the hammer in next Thursday 20th August’s Home & Antique auction.

🕸️ Barn find, anyone? 🕸️

This cobweb-covered and rather dusty 2007 Suzuki Jimny arrived in our saleroom exactly as it was found – a genuine sold-as-seen barn find.

Despite being on SORN with no MOT, it attracted plenty of interest from bidders, with the hammer finally falling at £2,400. 🔨
