We’re Hiring | Self Employed Clothing Prep Assistant
We’re looking for someone to join us behind the scenes to help prepare our beautiful preloved clothing & accessories ready for the shop floor.
This is a self employed role, with hours varying each week depending on the number of items we have to prepare.
The role includes:
Preparing clothing @ accessories to our high standards using steamers and irons, making sure every item is ready to head straight onto the shop floor.
Hours
This work must be completed in house at Handpicked Preloved. Items cannot leave the premises.
The role is suitable for someone who can out of shop hours only, such as:
* Sunday
* Early mornings before 9am
* Evenings after 5pm
Hours will be offered depending on demand.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience with ironing and steaming clothing
* Has an excellent eye for detail
* Takes real pride in their work
* Works quickly whilst maintaining high standards
* Is happy working independently
* Is reliable and organised
This role is paid hourly, not per item. We work to clear targets, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being productive and working efficiently.
