Most business owners don’t have a marketing problem.

This time last week I was genuinely honoured to receive an Outstanding Achievement Award for everything I’ve been building in business and property since 2018.

But if I’m being honest, what made it feel even more meaningful was that it also recognised what we’ve achieved so far with the monthly Progressive Business Network event here in Peterborough.

When I first started it, the goal was simple: bring good people into the same room, create real opportunities, and build a business community that supports each other properly. Seeing it grow month by month has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done, and this award felt like a nod to everyone who’s been part of it.

And here I am with the one and only Toni Gargan. She won the Icon Award, and she absolutely deserved it. She really is an icon. If I’m honest, if it wasn’t for Toni being at Progressive Property, I probably wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing today.
I went for property investment which I did especially working with Kevin and others in his mastermind group, but here I am now creating opportunities for business owners to network and get help from me to help them reach their goals!
