And no, I don’t mean the fridge magnet.

I’m talking about sun spots, uneven pigmentation, facial redness, visible little vessels and skin that looks slightly more “end of a long summer” than “fresh and glowing.”

The good news? Our IPL Skin Rejuvenation treatment can target multiple concerns in one session.

Plot twist... the treatment isn't actually over when you leave the clinic!

I know, I know... you'd quite like me to zap the problem and send you on your merry way.

But here's the thing...

The laser does the treatment.

Your skin does the healing.

And your skin can be a bit dramatic sometimes.

It might go red.
It might swell.
It might peel.
It might make you question every life choice you've ever made...
..before it settles down and starts showing off.

That's why aftercare isn't an optional extra—it's part of the treatment.

I'll tell you exactly what to expect, how to look after your skin, what products to use (and which ones to avoid), and when to send me an "Is this normal?!" message.

(For the record... those messages are always welcome. I'd much rather you ask than spend three hours convincing yourself Google has diagnosed you with something terrifying.)

Some treatments also include review appointments, either in person or via video chat so I can check everything is healing beautifully and make sure you're on track for the best possible result. That's why you might see me like this! (see picture!)

Sometimes you just need to put the work down, get dressed up, have a laugh and let yourself have some fun. 💖

Life isn't always about being productive, ticking things off the list or thinking about what's next.

Sometimes it's about the music, the sunshine, the ridiculous outfit, the glitter, the cocktails (or mocktails 😉), and making memories with good people.

A little reminder from me today…

It's so easy to get caught up in work, life, responsibilities and looking after everyone else that we forget to look after ourselves.

As a dog mum, business owner and Director of Laser Skin Therapy, I know how easy it is to keep putting yourself at the bottom of the list.

But filling your own cup matters too.

Sometimes it's as simple as sitting in the sunshine, enjoying a nice drink, switching off for a little while and actually being present in the moment.

And because I'm never quite off duty when it comes to skin… here's your reminder to wear your SPF too!

Sun protection isn't just for holidays. If you're sitting outside enjoying the sunshine, your skin deserves protecting too.

So take the time.

Enjoy the sunshine.
Put on your SPF.
Take a breath.
Do something that makes you happy.

Fill your own cup. You deserve it.

I don't just remove moles, pigment, lesions, sun damage... I check them first. 🥰

I know that might sound obvious...

But you'd be surprised how many people ask if I can "just take it off."

The answer is always the same:

Not until I've checked it.

Your skin deserves more than a quick glance.

That's why every mole and pigmented skin lesion is assessed before we even consider cosmetic removal.

Using my dermatoscope, I can examine your lesion in detail and, through Map My Mole, securely send the images for review by UK dermatology specialists.

Because sometimes a mole is suitable for cosmetic removal...

And sometimes it needs a different conversation.

I'd much rather tell you "No, I don't think we should remove this" than miss something important.

For me, patient safety will always come before treatment.

So if you've noticed a mole that's changed, a skin lesion you're worried about, or you'd simply like some reassurance...
