Spiking is a crime. It is never the victim's fault. 💙

Most people go out to have a good night. A few things can make sure it stays that way for you and your mates.

Protect your drink 🥤
✔️ Keep it with you and never leave it alone
✔️ Use a bottle stopper or drink cover
✔️ Only accept drinks from people you trust
✔️ Left it alone? Buy a fresh one
✔️ Feel a sharp scratch or sting? Tell staff straight away, because spiking can happen by injection too

Know the signs 👀
If you or a friend suddenly feel much more drunk than you should, or feel dizzy, drowsy, confused, sick, or can't stand up properly, take it seriously.

If it happens 🚨
1️⃣ Tell a member of staff straight away. Our door team and bar staff are here to help, and you'll never be judged.
2️⃣ Stay together and never leave a friend alone.
3️⃣ If someone is seriously unwell, call 999.
4️⃣ Report it to the police on 101, or 999 in an emergency.

Look out for each other on a night out. A friend who notices something is often the reason it doesn't get worse. 🤝

Share this with your flatmates, teammates and friends, especially anyone heading out this week. 📲

Your Safety, Our Priority, Our Passion.

Freshers 2026 is here, and we want you to enjoy every minute of it. 🎓

New city, new friends, new memories. Whether it's your first Freshers or your last, the best nights are the ones where everyone gets home safe.

Our door team will be out on the doors all term, and we're here to look after you. That could mean answering a question, sorting out a problem or making sure a mate gets home okay. We'll never judge you for asking.

A few things to remember this Freshers:
👫 Stick with your mates and look out for each other
🥤 Watch your drink and pace yourself
📱 Charge your phone and plan your way home before you go out
🗣️ If something feels off, or a friend seems unwell, tell a member of staff straight away

The full checklist is in the picture. Save it, share it and send it to your flatmates. 👆

Your Safety, Our Priority, Our Passion. 💙
