🥛🎉 It’s World Milk Day, and things got a little shake-y at Bridgeway Care Home! 🎉🥤

Our residents rolled up their sleeves and blended up some delicious homemade milkshakes to celebrate.

There were fruity flavours, creamy creations, and a few secret recipes that we’re pretty sure deserve a place on the menu!

As the saying almost goes… 🎶 our milkshakes bring all our residents to the lounge! 🎵 😄

No dancing in the yard (that we know of), but there were plenty of smiles, laughter, and empty cups by the end of the afternoon.

Here’s to celebrating World Milk Day one delicious sip at a time! 🥛❤️

At Holywell Care Group, community and kindness are at the heart of everything we do. 💚

We are proud to share that Holywell Care Group has donated a total of £1,325 to Circus Starr, helping children with disabilities and families facing challenges attend the circus in a safe, inclusive, and specially tailored environment where every child can simply be themselves. 🎪✨

As part of this support, Holywell Care Group is also honoured to be one of the main sponsors of Circus Starr this year.

In a gesture of kindness from Holywell Care Group to the wider community, we have also donated 27 circus tickets — one in the name of each resident living at Bridgeway Care Home currently (paid for by Holywell Care Group). This means that through the kindness and spirit of our residents, 27 children and their families will have the opportunity to experience the joy and magic of Circus Starr.

Circus Starr provides incredible accessible performances for children with disabilities, additional needs, and families who may otherwise struggle to enjoy days out together. Their work creates unforgettable memories and brings smiles, laughter, and happiness to so many families across the UK.

We hope our residents and their loved ones feel proud knowing that together, we are helping spread joy within our community and making a difference to local children and families who truly deserve a magical day out. ✨
