This is where the magic, madness and a LOT of intimate waxing happens. 😂

VWax has grown from an idea and a serious obsession with doing things better, into a place where waxers come to learn, practise, ask the awkward questions, build their confidence and become bloody brilliant at what they do.

There’s training around this table, laughter coming from the treatment rooms and probably someone proudly showing off a very hairy wax strip somewhere. 😂

It’s professional, it’s supportive, it’s slightly unhinged at times…

And it’s very VWax.

Now THAT is what we call a successful strip 😂🙌

There’s a very specific level of satisfaction that comes from holding up your handiwork afterwards like you’ve just won a bloody trophy 🏆

But behind that smile is someone who has been learning the technique, getting hands-on and building confidence with every application and every removal.

This is the bit we LOVE seeing on VWax training days… when the concentration starts disappearing and the “I’ve actually got this” smile arrives 😏

And yes, we absolutely admire a good wax strip around here 😂

Some days I feel like I can take over the bloody world.

Other days I’d quite like to put my phone in a drawer, cancel everything and disappear for 48 hours. 😂

That’s the bit of building a business people don’t always show.

VWax didn’t appear overnight. I’ve worked on it, in it, around it and probably dreamt about the bloody thing more times than I’d like to admit.

I’ve had huge highs. I’ve crashed. I’ve questioned myself. I’ve had days where it’s all felt too much.

But one of the things I’m most proud of isn’t actually the products, the training or how far the brand has grown.

It’s the people inside it.

I can have a wobble and say I’m struggling. Nobody expects me to put the CEO face on and pretend everything is fabulous. The support comes straight back, and then when someone else needs picking up, we do exactly the same for them.

I wanted to build a national brand.

Somewhere along the way, we built a bloody good community too. ❤️

And I wouldn’t swap that for anything.

THIS is the face of someone who has officially stopped overthinking it 😂👏

There’s something brilliant about watching the nerves disappear during hands-on training.

One minute you’re concentrating on every tiny movement, wondering where your hands should go and trying to remember EVERYTHING you’ve been taught…

Then suddenly it clicks.

You relax.
You trust what you’ve learned.
And apparently you start absolutely HOWLING while doing an intimate wax. 😂

This is exactly why we get you working on real models.

You can watch demonstrations all day long, but confidence comes when you actually get your gloves on, get stuck in and realise, “Ohhhh… I CAN do this.”

She’s about to apply the wax and you can almost SEE the moment she thinks, “Yep. I’ve got this.”

And THAT is what I bloody love about training days.

At the beginning, there can be nerves, second guessing and a lot of “Am I holding this right?” 😂

Then we work through the prep, positioning, matching, application and technique properly, hands-on, until things start to feel natural.

Fast forward a little and she’s giving the camera THAT look before the wax has even touched the skin 😂👏

There’s waxing… and then there’s the prep that makes the waxing go a whole lot smoother 👀😂

Here she’s getting hands-on with the matching, and this is exactly why our training goes beyond “wax on, wax off and hope for the best.” 😂

Learning how to properly prep and match before you start waxing can make such a difference to how confidently you approach the treatment and how smoothly the whole service runs.

It’s one of those things that can look simple when you’re watching someone experienced do it, but when it’s YOUR hands doing the work, that’s where proper guidance matters.

So we get stuck in.

We explain it, demonstrate it, then you do it yourself with someone right there to guide you.

No standing in the corner clutching a certificate wondering what the bloody hell to do next 😂

There are a few new faces around here, so hi 👋 I’m Natalie, the woman who has somehow managed to build an entire career around p***c hair. 😂

VWax actually started because of my own experience with excessive hair. I began intimate waxing at just 13, became a waxer at 15 and quickly realised there was a HUGE gap in the way intimate waxing was being taught and delivered.

So naturally, instead of choosing a normal career, I became completely obsessed with vulvas, skin, hair growth, pH levels, wax formulations and creating a better bloody way of doing it. 😂

Fast forward and VWax has grown into specialist training, our own techniques and methodologies, professional products and a community of waxers who genuinely give a s**t about making people feel comfortable and confident.

I’m big on education, science, ridiculously high standards and making intimate treatments feel completely NORMAL. No embarrassment. No judgement. We’ve seen it all. 😂
