Our Pottery and Love to Move sessions are still running, and we’d love to welcome you along! 🧡

Join us for friendly, supportive sessions designed to encourage creativity, movement, confidence, and connection:

💙 Wednesdays: Love to Move at Shoreham Baptist Church

As part of Carers Week, we were pleased to welcome Filipe Vieira, Senior Clinician from NHS Talking Therapies, to Right at Home Worthing & Shoreham District today 💙

He delivered a really helpful session for our carers and office team, sharing how NHS Talking Therapies works and the support available locally. A key reminder from the session was that carers do so much for others, but they also deserve time and support for their own wellbeing too.

It was a great session and reflects what we care about here- supporting our team as well as the people we look after.

We’re also looking forward to our Carers Drop-In tomorrow at Longshore Shoreham , 12–2pm. One of our senior team will be there for advice, support, or a cuppa and a chat.

One of the best parts of what we do is getting to learn about the incredible lives and achievements of our clients. 🧡

Suzan never ceases to amaze us. Throughout her career, she has been recognised in a number of publications for her contributions to nursing, and recently she shared another remarkable piece of her history with us- an award for Excellence at the 1988 IVCA Festival for a film called *Don't Panic*, which she made alongside her husband.

As if that wasn't impressive enough, Suzan also showed us a photograph that had been given to her father by the Royal Family. Looking closely, we noticed it was personally signed by Philip and Elizabeth in 1961!

It's a privilege hearing Suzan's stories and learning more about her fascinating life. We never stop learning from our clients, and it's always amazing to hear about the achievements, experiences, and memories that have shaped their lives.
