We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, self-motivated Equipment Co-Ordinator to work as part of our busy Night Shift Team, responsible for the preparation and dispatch of an extensive range of modern lighting equipment at our European HQ in Colnbrook, West London.

This role is pivotal to the ongoing operation of the company and includes responsibility for the effective co-ordinating of equipment from all departments, ensuring all items are allocated to the correct job and properly checked out, prior to loading.

Duties include working with the Logistics & Distribution Manager and Shift Leaders, to understand current workflows, priorities and deadlines, ensuring all relevant departments understand equipment allocation and that realistic timescales for each consignment are agreed. Tasks also include, carrying out quality control checks and ensuring that vehicles are loaded correctly and safely.

The position requires the ability to carefully manage workloads in order to meet strict deadlines, whilst adhering to the priorities of the business, and to help ensure that the highest operational standards are maintained at all times.

A positive, flexible attitude to work and excellent communication skills are essential to the position, as is the ability to work well under pressure. Experience working with entertainment lighting or within an electrical maintenance environment would be an advantage.

Based on a 40-hour week, shift basis including some weekend work. MBSE offers a competitive salary plus a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, private health insurance, great pension plan, life insurance and an annual discretionary bonus scheme.

We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, self-motivated Logistics and Distribution Manager to work as part of the team at our European HQ in Colnbrook, West London.

This role is pivotal to the daily operation of the company and includes responsibility for the accurate and effective preparation, dispatch and logistical monitoring of an extensive range of modern lighting equipment, within a busy warehouse environment.

Duties include management of equipment co-ordinator and supervisor teams, along with the development, implementation and maintenance of the processes, procedures and systems which ensure the meticulous checking in/out and tracking of rental stock. The role also incorporates responsibility for, quality control checks; accurate equipment and vehicle movement/deliveries; liaising with Sales and Inventory Departments in dealing with queries and specialist requirements; ensuring the smooth flow of equipment between departments; identifying, reporting and dealing with missing, damage and shortages.

The position requires the ability to lead by example, carefully managing workloads in order to meet strict deadlines, whilst adhering to the priorities of the business, to help ensure the highest operational standards and customer service levels are maintained at all times.
