We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, self-motivated Logistics and Distribution Manager to work as part of the team at our European HQ in Colnbrook, West London.

This role is pivotal to the daily operation of the company and includes responsibility for the accurate and effective preparation, dispatch and logistical monitoring of an extensive range of modern lighting equipment, within a busy warehouse environment.

Duties include management of equipment co-ordinator and supervisor teams, along with the development, implementation and maintenance of the processes, procedures and systems which ensure the meticulous checking in/out and tracking of rental stock. The role also incorporates responsibility for, quality control checks; accurate equipment and vehicle movement/deliveries; liaising with Sales and Inventory Departments in dealing with queries and specialist requirements; ensuring the smooth flow of equipment between departments; identifying, reporting and dealing with missing, damage and shortages.

The position requires the ability to lead by example, carefully managing workloads in order to meet strict deadlines, whilst adhering to the priorities of the business, to help ensure the highest operational standards and customer service levels are maintained at all times.

A positive, flexible attitude to work and excellent communication skills are essential to the position, as is the ability to work well under pressure. Experience working with entertainment lighting or within an equipment rental environment would be an advantage.

Based on a 40 hour week, shift basis including some weekend work. MBSE offers a competitive salary plus a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, private health insurance, great pension plan, and an annual discretionary bonus scheme.

We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, self motivated Repairs and Engineering Administrator to work as part of a busy warehouse team responsible for the accurate and efficient coordination of damaged and faulty equipment at our West London operation.

In helping maintain the highest standards of operational performance across a broad range of modern lighting equipment, the role includes the effective identification and logging of items requiring repair, along with the ability to liaise with multiple departments to ensure items in need of attention are properly allocated, prepared and delivered to the relevant area. Fastidious tracking of equipment and careful managing of workload throughout the entire repairs process will be key to this role.

A positive, flexible attitude to work and excellent communication skills are essential to the position, as is the ability to work well under pressure. Strong IT skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office are also required. Although not essential, experience working with entertainment lighting or within an electrical maintenance environment would be an advantage.

We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, self-motivated Equipment Supervisor to work as part of a busy team responsible for the preparation, testing and maintenance of an extensive range of modern lighting equipment at our European HQ in Colnbrook, West London.

This role is pivotal to the daily operation of the company and includes responsibility for the effective departmental supervision of technicians, warehouse operatives, agency staff and trainees.

Duties include overseeing the efficient, accurate receipt of returning equipment ensuring all missing and damaged items being returned is recorded and, where necessary, channelled to the appropriate departments as well as liaising with multiple in-house teams to ensure the efficient unloading of vehicles and reintroduction of stock to the inventory.

The position requires the ability to carefully manage workloads in order to meet strict deadlines, whilst adhering to the priorities of the business, and to help ensure that the highest operational standards are maintained at all times.
