The biggest value AI has brought me isn't speed.

This simple question changes everything.

Every time I finish a meeting, I ask AI to answer just three questions:

1️⃣ What did we decide?

2️⃣ What have we missed?

3️⃣ What should happen next?

In less than a minute, I have:

✅ Meeting notes
✅ Action list
✅ Risks identified
✅ Follow-up tasks
✅ Draft emails (if needed)
✅ A clear plan

The biggest benefit isn't saving time...

It's reducing the chance of something important slipping through the cracks.

AI isn't just a writing tool.

It's a second pair of eyes.

And sometimes...

That's worth far more than the time it saves.

"Act as a panel of experts. Review this from the perspective of my ideal customer, a competitor, a legal/compliance reviewer, a marketing expert and a business owner. Identify weaknesses, risks, missed opportunities, assumptions and practical improvements. Be brutally honest and tell me how to make this 10/10."

Why this works...

AI is often more valuable as a reviewer than a writer.

The first draft gets you started.
