We have very sad news to share. Julie Train, one of our teaching team died suddenly on 25th August 2026 leaving behind her partner Neil and daughters Rosie and Molly.
Many of our learners will have worked with Julie to gain their qualifications and the feedback from you was exceptional, recognising her knowledge, care and support. As a colleague Julie was fantastic to work with, fun and enthusiastic, we will all miss her very much.

The Home Office has announced plans to block children in the UK from taking or sharing n**e images on their devices to help protect them from exploitation and abuse. Technology companies will be required to activate built-in features or implement solutions on smartphones and tablets to detect and block n**e images for children. The government wants Apple and Google to block nudity across devices by default, so they can only be deactivated via age assurance.

Britain will become the first country in the world where it is impossible for children to take, share or view naked pictures on their devices.
