A lion inhabits its strength.
A wolf moves with its instincts.
An elephant feels its way through belonging.
There is something about animals simply being that brings me back to this question:
Do you know what being you feels like?
The sensation of being at home in your skin. The freedom of your unguarded laugh. The honesty of knowing what you want, what hurts, when you need rest, when you long for touch.
So much of our lives is spent learning what is expected of us. How often do we pause to discover what feels true within us?
Animals remind me to pay attention. To stretch. To breathe. To feel the sun on my body and let that moment be enough.
Being you is an intimacy you cultivate through living. Through listening inward and allowing what you discover to shape your choices.
You are here to experience the life that only you can inhabit.
Give yourself room to feel it.
