Jan joined STEP in 2024 with over 16 years of experience across a range of industries. A member of the CIPD since 2013, Jan brings a wealth of knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, wellbeing, and management support – always with a focus on building strong, supportive workplace cultures.

Jan specialises in training and workshop development and delivery as well as working with various size businesses covering all generalist HR matters.

Jan is a ILM Operational Leadership and Management Tutor and Assessor and part of the delivery team at STEP’s ILM centre.

Jan’s approach combines strategic understanding with practical experience. She’s known for her calm, professional manner and her ability to tailor advice to fit each organisation’s unique context.
