✨Time block your week – know what you need to work on and when
✨ Pick three top priorities – carve out time in your week to work on those things (even 30 minutes – little and often is better than nothing!)
✨ Admin time EVERY day – get it done first thing in a morning – eat the frog!
✨ Lock your phone or distracting apps away – that thing is a time suck!
✨ Schedule your content – Monday – schedule 3 pieces, forget about it for the rest of the week
