The Bridge Centre's main auditorium featured briefly on BBC Midlands Today last night!

Lifeworks North Staffs, who recently held its 20th anniversary at our centre, were featured in a piece on the show as part of their celebration.

It was great to see such a fantastic event take place in our main auditorium last week, with Lifeworks North Staffs choosing The Bridge Centre to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

The charity, who help people with conditions like autism, ADHD and Tourette's to lead effective and sustainable lives, were joined by partners, supporters, clients and carers who joined in the celebration.

Congratulations Lifeworks!

*UPDATE*

We have been informed that this work has been delayed and is now likely to take place on Saturday 19th September.

We'll update again if we hear any further news on this.

There may be delays when visiting us on the 11th September due to treatment works on Birches Head Road.

Anyone coming to the centre should not have any issues before 9.00am and after 3.30pm however anyone visiting in between those times is likely to be affected.

Birches Head Road will be closed as the lock treatment takes two hours to cure.

Lifeworks North Staffs are holding their 20th anniversary celebration here at The Bridge Centre on Wednesday (9th September) between 9.30am-1pm.

The charity help people with conditions like the above and help them lead effective and sustainable lives through its services.

There will be other organisations attending the event too, so please feel free to pop in!

Anyone travelling to The Bridge Centre today please be aware that the resurfacing works have started today instead of the the 3rd September as previously informed. The contractors have said they will do their best to allow people access to the centre however if you need to come and go throughout the day up until 3.30pm it is advisable you park on the housing estate and walk across. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Phase 1 of the surface dressing works will start on Birches Head Road between Chell Street from today between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

If you are visiting the Bridge Centre you shouldn’t have any issues if you are arriving/vacating outside of these times however if you need to arrive or vacate our premises whilst the work is being carried out there could be some disruption/delays.

There will also be diversions in place on the way to our venue.
