This isn't your typical success story. 🚲

When Yale University began clearing bikes left on campus for the summer, one student's bike remained right where it had been left. According to the owner, campus security had reportedly cut through numerous locks across campus, but the X1 withstood the removal attempt.

The result? A $626 bike was still secured to the bike stand when its owner returned.

Meet James and Pickle in our latest Every Day Ride. Based in Seattle, James is a self-employed metal and woodworker with a lifelong love of bikes, while Pickle, a Bernese Mountain Dog who prefers to identify as a "tricolour Couch Bear", is his four-legged riding companion.

From BMX and mountain bikes to vintage Campagnolo parts and Schwinn Stingrays, James has spent a lifetime on two wheels. Now, he and Pickle are bringing a whole new meaning to riding together.
