🔧 Important notice to all our customers

Unfortunately we have been receiving a high number of late cancellations with very little or no notice at all. As a small business, late cancellations make it very difficult to fill the slot at short notice and it can result in lost time and income.

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you please give at least 24 hours notice where possible. Giving notice allows us to offer the appointment to another customer who may be waiting for a repair.

We completely understand that emergencies happen, and we will always try to be as flexible as we can, but your cooperation really helps keep the business running smoothly.
