We had a fantastic evening last night at Cardiff Business Club’s excellent dinner event at Glamorgan Cricket Club.

Our Club President - Jonathan Richards, Deputy President - Mandi Gwynne, and several of our board members thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with fellow business leaders from across South Wales in such a welcoming setting.

A huge thank you to Cardiff Business Club and Phil Jardine for the warm welcome and fantastic hospitality throughout the evening. The food was excellent, and it was great to hear from Ashley Curnow, Divisional Port Manager for Wales at Associated British Ports, who delivered a really insightful and engaging talk.

It’s always brilliant to support one another across South Wales and continue building strong connections between our business communities. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Skyline Swansea gets underway 📣

A major milestone for Swansea and the wider region as construction officially begins on Skyline Swansea - a transformational £49m tourism development set to bring new visitors, investment and opportunities to Swansea Bay.

Projects of this scale have the potential to strengthen our visitor economy, create jobs, showcase the incredible natural assets of our region and further position Swansea Bay as a destination for tourism, leisure and business growth.

We’re excited to see years of planning now turning into visible progress on Kilvey Hill and we look forward to seeing the positive impact this development can bring to the regional economy in the years ahead.

Construction has begun on Skyline Swansea — the £49m cable car and luge attraction on Kilvey Hill that's been years in the making and is due to open in 2028.
