I’m Jo Banks and Alive with Flavour is how I want to share my enthusiasm for wholesome and unpretentious cooking with you. It’s not about perfection in the kitchen, it’s about learning how to cook well without huge effort or worry. I tailor my cooking classes to your requirements and ability, sharing not only recipes and techniques but the fun and enjoyment you should get from cooking too. Let me bring out the ‘foodie’ in you!
