A recent CCTV & network installation completed at a fantastic local working farm and heritage site.

The job involved installing a Uniview CCTV system across a mixture of traditional stone buildings, livestock areas and machinery sheds, alongside a TP-Link Omada network to provide reliable connectivity around the site.
With a site like this, getting the infrastructure right is just as important as the cameras themselves.

The network allows coverage to be extended between buildings, while the CCTV provides clear monitoring of livestock, machinery, buildings and general site security from one system.

A good example of how modern CCTV and networking can be integrated into an established agricultural site without taking away from its character.

Just a few bits we've been on with lately

Recent Install for Tom at Catterlen Hall near Penrith.

A mix bag as Tom had a few Cameras he provided and we filled in the Gaps. We supplied a couple of High Resolution PTZ Cameras for inside his Dairy Sheds so he never misses a beat while he's out doing other things. We also provided the Recorder and a few Extra Cams to keep the site secure, with Alerts going to Mobiles as People Enter and Leave.

We got stuck in with the Wi-Fi aswell, mounting the Starlink and Wi-Fi Bridge out of eyeline which also gave us the Scope to bring the rest of the Farm onto his Home Network. We threw a Wi-Fi Access Point in for good measure. Meaning he can make and receive Calls all over the Site stopping him from having to go to his Kitchen every time he needs to read a WhatsApp!

The last couple of months have been full on for us, so our socials have taken a bit of a back seat — but we’ve been busy behind the scenes 👷‍♂️📹
