We're still looking to add some new people to our team here at Duddon Hire.

If you fancy a new challenge we would consider putting hard-working individuals with the right attitude through the necessary training to become a part of our team.

We would be looking for people that don't mind getting up early in a morning and working longer days where necessary.

Normal working hours are 0800 to 1630, Monday to Friday, and weekend work is sometimes available, especially with the better weather coming.

As a minimum we would need people with a full UK driving licence.

A Class 1 or Class2 HGV Licence and any experience in working with Cranes and Lorry Loaders would also be advantageous.

40-hour standard working week

£19 per hour (based on experience)

Key Requirements:

Crane Operator - NPORS or CPCS Mobile Crane Operator qualification and Category C / Class 2 HGV Driver’s Licence

Experience operating Mobile Cranes up to 130T would be ideal, we do have a 60T and 13T City Crane in our fleet, too.

Lift Supervisor - NPORS or CPCS Crane Lift Supervisor qualification and a full, clean UK drivers licence.

For both roles, we are looking for someone with a strong awareness of health & safety

Team players with good communication skills are key

A can-do attitude
