It’s been a while since we’ve posted! We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting jobs completed for our customers.
Here’s a look at one of our recently completed projects 👀
The original job was to replace the existing fire door, sliding doors and laminate flooring. However, once the old flooring was removed, we uncovered water damage to the floorboards and rotten sections of the joists.
We replaced the affected joists and floorboards using treated timber and a damp-proof membrane before completing the job with new laminate flooring, double doors, a new fire door, skirting, architraves and boxing-in. All ready for painting!
As always, the property was protected throughout using floor protection and dust sheets to keep mess and disruption to a minimum.
A few unexpected challenges along the way, but another job completed to a high standard! 👌
