After a career in offshore finance spanning over 40 years, Austin returned to Somerset where he farms sheep commercially in the Blackdown Hills, with his wife and daughters and is a certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach and Business Consultant.

With over 40 years of business experience, Austin has accrued an array of practical tools for business founders and leaders and has made most of the mistakes it is possible to make as a leader. His goal is the help founders and leaders avoid as many of those mistakes as possible and through a deep understanding of their Strengths and Talents, define their vision, understand their purpose in work and life and create a clear strategic plan, to grow their business and achieve their life goals.

Tony Hobden is founder/director of Equidance Ltd and CEO of SHIVA Charity in Nepal.

Probably one of the most niche business models; the creation of music arrangements for international dressage competitors, including for the Olympics and a recent gold medal win at the World Championships in Fort Worth, Texas.

Tony also loves running the charity that supports underprivileged children in rural Nepal, runs cultural tours to the region in support of this and has some very unorthodox fundraising challenges to talk about.

Another cracking Brave Family business club event this morning and the very FIRST in our brand new home 🥰

We welcomed over 20 business owners into The Forum and we even had food for the first very first time - definitely a hit 🤣

Fantastic talks from Luke at Patrick Internet about their Business Growth App (think we’ll be having talks about this in the near future…) and Kat from Weston Hospicecare who discussed how we as a community can help them hit their fundraising targets 💪🏻
