Job Description — Events Team Member
Role Overview:
As a member of the Hella Events Team, you will play a key role in delivering safe, professional, and positive experiences across a wide range of events and venues. You will represent Hella’s values of professionalism, respect, accountability, and care, ensuring every customer, client, and colleague feels supported and safe.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, reliable, people‑focused, and able to adapt to different environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible, approachable, and professional security presence
- Monitor crowds, identify risks, and respond calmly to incidents
- Support emergency procedures and follow supervisor instructions
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Complete incident reports and handovers when required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and venue staff
- Uphold Hella’s standards of conduct, welfare, and professionalism at all times
Where You May Work:
You will be deployed across a variety of environments, including
- Festivals, concerts, and outdoor events
- Stadiums, arenas, and sports grounds
- Corporate events, conferences, and hospitality settings
- Specialist or high‑profile assignments (experience‑dependent)
Each shift offers different challenges and opportunities to build your skills and confidence.

Preferred:
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence (for DS roles)
- Experience in security, events, customer service, or hospitality
- Ability to travel for multi‑day events (transport provided with small staff contribution)
