Witney Business and Innovation Centre provides flexible, serviced office space and meeting rooms in a professional serviced environment, allowing you to focus on running your business. The centre opened its doors in 2012 and is in a refurbished building on the outskirts of Witney. Offices vary from 76 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft, which can accommodate between 1 and 30 people. Multiple offices can also be taken if more space is required. Providing a flexible 'easy in/out' lease with just a 1 months notice period removes the headache of everything that comes with running your business. With competive rates, our meeting room facilities are available to all - including external customers wishing to use these on an adhoc basis. We provide equipment and refreshments on site and free of charge parking. We pride ourselves with our competitive, honest and reliable service and rates along with the business support services that are available through the Oxford Innovation Group. We have a huge passion for supporting our local business community and work with many businesses (and charities) locally to offer support and offer networking & publicity opportunities. It’s been another busy month at Witney BIC, so we’ve put together our August Round-Up! 👀

From welcoming 24X7 Ltd, Brooks Cars Ltd and The Parkin Clinic Ltd to the WBIC community, to celebrating our customers at our Customer Appreciation Day, there’s been plenty going on.

☕️ The great Witney BIC coffee debate has officially begun…

We’ve been doing a little bit of community research at Witney BIC, and we’ve quickly discovered one thing…

Our community has VERY strong opinions about coffee. 😂

So, we’ve put some voting sheets up in reception and we want to know:

☕️ What’s your go-to coffee?
🥛 How do you take it?
🌱 Dairy, oat, almond, soy…?
🧊 And the big one… hot or iced?

We’re doing this to get to know our community better and make sure that when we’re putting on coffee mornings, events and little treats, we’re actually offering things people want!

But then things escalated…

Someone felt so strongly about decaf iced coffee that they left their vote directly on the Centre Management door. 😂

We think that says enough about how seriously this debate is being taken.

So, let’s settle this properly…

🍕 Customer Appreciation Lunch 2026 🍕

Yesterday, we brought our customers together for our annual Customer Appreciation Lunch, enjoying pizza, great company, and the chance to celebrate some of the incredible people who help make Witney Business & Innovation Centre such a special community.

Congratulations to our 2026 award winners:

🏆 Heart of the Centre Award: Sharon Buckingham, Evo's Massage
🏆 Facilities Lifesaver Award: Tim, Roberts & Prowse Swindon
🏆 Community Champion Award: Hannah, Chatfield Accountancy

This year, we also introduced a brand-new award, the Members' Choice Award.

Members were invited to vote for the person within the WBIC community who has the biggest positive impact on their day and tell us why. The response was amazing, with dozens of thoughtful nominations highlighting kindness, encouragement, friendliness, support, and the little things that make a big difference.

A huge congratulations to Harriet Bruce of HRB Nails & Beauty, who received the most nominations and was crowned our first-ever Members' Choice Award winner! 🏆

Many members described Harriet as welcoming, supportive, always smiling, and someone who goes out of her way to make others feel part of the community. From brightening people's days to helping new members feel at home, Harriet truly embodies the spirit of WBIC.

The nominations were so lovely that we've decided to keep them on display a little longer. Reading through all the positive comments and appreciation for fellow members has been a wonderful reminder of what makes our community so special.

This is what Witney BIC is all about: people supporting people, celebrating each other's successes, and creating an environment where businesses and individuals can thrive together. 💚

Apparently, we’ve made things *far too convenient* at Witney BIC.

💬 “I can’t believe you have FREE parking.”
We know. It’s terrible. No paying for the car park. Just… park and walk in. 🚗

💬 “Why are there over 60 offices to choose from?”
We thought having options might be helpful. Apparently, it’s just making decisions harder. 😅

💬 “You have meeting rooms on site?”
Yes. So you don’t have to leave the building every time you need somewhere to meet a client? This is getting ridiculous. ☕️

💬 “There’s a reception team?”
Yep. We’ll greet your visitors, take your deliveries and generally make your life a little easier. 📦

💬 “And there’s a business community too?”
We know. You meet other businesses, make useful connections and discover new opportunities. How inconvenient. 🤝

💬 “Utilities and facilities are included?”
We’re beginning to think we’ve gone too far. 😂
